Terms & Conditions

Prices are valid for all orders placed from 1st September 2006 to 31st July 2007.

50% Deposit payable on order, remainder on delivery. Please note that there are no credit terms available, all invoices payable immediately. Mileage charges for initial visits, where applicable, are payable on arrival in cash.

Standard designs:
Delivery times are normally 6 weeks minimum from order for standard designs/wording/card.
Bespoke designs:
First appointment within 2 weeks, samples made and second appointment for final approval within further 2 weeks, delivery minimum of 6 weeks after second appointment.

Approval on invitation wording required minimum 4 weeks before delivery, menu wording 3 weeks before delivery. Orders should be placed in plenty of time so that delivery can be at least 12 weeks before the date of your event.

All times subject to change, although a timetable will be agreed on order/first appointment.

We may be able to produce your stationery more quickly if required, for a small surcharge.
Please ask for more details.

Due to the nature of handmade products, there may be slight variations between items.
These variations do not constitute a reason for cancellation of the order.

In the unlikely event that there is a need to make any significant amendments to the original design chosen, due to materials being out of stock, supplier changes etc... a new sample will be made for approval before production of the order, with the option of a return of your deposit if unhappy with the alternative offered.

In the event of a cancelled order, the deposit is non-returnable and if the stationery has been made and has been notified as ready for delivery, then the balance will become due immediately.

No responsibility can be taken for mis-spellings missed at the time of approval. We will ensure that spellings, dates & times are accurate in accordance with your instructions, however the responsibility for final approval lies with yourself.

Any additions to your order, such as extra items, additional invitations etc... will require a 50% deposit and must be added no less then 4 weeks before delivery is due, otherwise there may be a delay in the additional items being available.

It should be noted that any additional items may differ slighty from the original order due to different batches of materials being used.
